• Founder

Tim is a Longmont-based acoustics consultant, audio engineer, and concert promoter. He founded The Soundpost Sessions in 2019 to engage with the local music scene in Colorado and to promote live music in Downtown Longmont. Now he has handed daily operations off to Courtlyn, but he still serves on the Board as the Director of Finance, and runs sound for the shows.

  • Executive Director

Courtlyn grew up playing classical cello, and now plays cello and sings harmonies in the local band Sturtz. In addition to playing music, Courtlyn curates the 63rd St. Farm Concert Series in Boulder, connecting singer-songwriters with bands who might not otherwise get to share a stage. She also is the Community Outreach Director for a local nonprofit that runs a school gardening program called Garden to Table, giving her experience with fundraising, non-profit operations, and building community connections.

  • Creative Director - Mixtape

From a wide-eyed tike delicately pressing the keys of her mother’s upright piano to a seasoned artist taking various stages across the country, Monica Marie LaBonte has always been guided by song. In her over 10-year career, the Colorado native has played hundreds of venues, including the historic Gold Hill Inn and Planet Bluegrass. For five years, she carried the torch of Women in Song at the Laughing Goat and enjoyed booking, playing alongside and meeting artists from all over the country. Monica is thrilled to be the Creative Director and host of Mixtape. She believes in the power of community and music and cannot wait to see what magic happens when musicians share stories and songs on stage together at the Times Collaborative.
